The Ottawa Chamber is proud to be a partner with the Alzheimer's Association to work towards the goal of ending Alzheimer's and Dementia, and providing resources and care for those who currently live with Dementia and care for those who live with Dementia.

The Alzheimer's Association has been very active in Ottawa promoting resources for caregivers, information about the disease and where families can get assistance.

This year, The Ottawa Area Chamber has created our own team, the "Chamber Champions," to participate in the Walk and to support this incredible organization. We invite our members, our community, and our friends to join us in this effort by joining our team and walking with us on Saturday, September 10th, by donating to the cause, or by coming down to support those walking on Saturday, September 10th.

I would ask any Chamber member to join us, give us financial support, or come down to the Walk and encourage us. I have lost both my Mom and Father-in-Law to the disease, and now my Mother-in-Law is affected as well.
