DESCRIPTION:Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley has teamed up with Heritage Harbor Ottawa to plan an upcoming Pumpkin Flotilla Festival fundraiser on Saturday\, October 19\, 2019 at Heritage Harbor Ottawa. All proceeds will be given to YSB. This will be a FUN event with many activities including a 5K Zombie Run (Ages 14+)\, a Craft Fair\, a pet costume contest\, pumpkin carving\, the flotilla at dusk\, a bonfire and storyteller\, food and Skydive Chicago jumpers. \n\nAlso\, luminaries will be made available for sale for $2 each to line the harbor walk. \n\nEveryone is welcome. It is a free event for entry\, with various items such as food\, drinks\, and pumpkins available for purchase online through the event page listed below.
