DESCRIPTION:The Penguin Plunge was started in 2012 as a fundraising event to support Make-A-Wish Illinois. Participants raise money and help make a child's wish come true by taking the 'plunge' into Skydive Chicago's frozen pond!\n\n \n\nOur event is a Make-A-Wish  fundraiser that celebrates the wishes that have already been granted\, while raising funds for future wishes. It's a family-friendly event powered by wish families\, volunteers\, donors and friends.\n \n\nBy participating and fundraising\, you help bring the life-changing impact of a wish to children in our community who are battling life-threatening medical conditions.
