DESCRIPTION:Join us for an educational seminar on the upcoming changes to the Secure Choice Illinois State-Mandated Retirement Program and how these changes will affect more small businesses than ever before!\n\n\n\nSpeaker Austin Erickson\, Business Development Director of John Hancock Retirement Services' Midwest Division\, will be presenting all you need to know about the Illinois State-Mandated Retirement Program\, if your business is required to enroll\, and what that enrollment means for you and your employees.\n\n\n\nStarting in 2023\, Illinois will require all private employers in Illinois that have been operating for at least two years and have five or more full time employees over the age of 18 (with at least one employee working in-state) to enroll in the Secure Choice Illinois State Mandated Retirement Program if they do not already have an employer-provided retirement plan for their employees. \n\n\n\nEmployers must register for participation by a required date\, send employee data to the program's administrator\, enroll all employees\, and adjust contributions each year as required by auto-increase rules. \n\n\n\nTo find out more about these new changes and ask questions\, register to attend our 2022 Lunch & Learn on Tuesday\, October 25th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm today!\n\n\n\nLunch will be provided\, and the Lunch & Learn Seminar will take place in the second floor conference room in the First Federal Savings Bank building at 633 LaSalle Street\, Ottawa\, Illinois.
