Beyond business ethics\, this workshop will help leaders create a work environment that supports people in being their best person and doing their best work. Activities will involve how to hire\, train and recognize employees based on character values. Participants will leave with some basic tools\, processes and resources for "Creating a Culture of Character" in their workplace.
